WEDDING STARTER PACKAGE - $150.00 inclusive of gst

Would you like to organise your own wedding, but you don’t know where to start?
This package includes a consultation with your wedding planner to discuss the style of the wedding to suit you.

At this appointment your wedding planner will help you work out suitable contacts to fulfill your requirements.

Your wedding planner will then provide you with a list of recommended contacts. It is then up to you to contact them, source quotes and do all the organising yourself.

Additional assistance with obtaining further contacts or advice can be arranged if required at $50.00 per consultation.


WEDDING VENUES PACKAGE
- $450.00 inclusive of gst

Have you already planned your wedding but need assistance with the set up of the ceremony and reception venues?

All consultations are included. Your wedding planner will source and purchase or hire on your behalf every thing you need regarding decorations and equipment.

A deposit of $150.00 is required within one week of making the booking. Payment is to be finalised at least two weeks prior to the wedding. Hiring / purchase costs are not included.

 

WEDDING DAY COORDINATOR PACKAGE - $750.00 inclusive of gst

Is your wedding all organised but you would like someone to be there on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly?

Your Wedding Planner will be present to liaise on the day with the suppliers, to ensure your venues are decorated and to coordinate all the formalities. A deposit of $200.00 is required within two weeks of making the booking. All consultations are included in this package price. Payment is to be finalised at least two weeks prior to the wedding.

 

WEDDING ASSISTANCE PACKAGE - $1000.00* inclusive of gst

Are more than three aspects of your wedding already planned?
We can help with organizing the rest of your wedding and tying it all together for you.

Package includes:

Initial consultation to determine what has been organized and what still needs to be done
Organisation and coordination of outstanding arrangements
Continuing consultation with bride and groom to ensure their desires are met.
Wedding coordinator as point of contact for all suppliers and venues to help avoid stress and confusion

A deposit of $500.00 must be paid within two weeks of the initial consultation before any services can commence. Final payment is to be made at least one month prior to the wedding.

*With this package your wedding coordinator will not be present on the day of your wedding. This can be included for an additional discounted fee of $30.00 p/hour (weekdays), $45.00 p/hour (weekends) and $65.00 p/hour (public holidays)

Decoration of the church and reception venues is not included in this package but can be added for a discounted fee of $300.00 (normally$450.00). You will be required to pay the cost of hiring and or purchasing items used to decorate venues. This package also does not include arranging attire for the Bridal party although we are happy to recommend stores for the Bridal party to visit.

 

FULL WEDDING PACKAGE – 15% of TOTAL DOLLARS SPENT

Have you ever dreamed of being able to step back and have a relaxed and stress free wedding?

Your personal wedding planner will take care of everything with you only having to make final decisions.

Your wedding planner will source all quotes for you and liaise with suppliers on your behalf. Your wedding planner will also be in attendance at the ceremony and reception to ensure the smooth running of the day and to deal with any unexpected events.

Package includes:
Initial consultation to determine the size and style of the wedding, to help coordinate a budget and assisting with choosing suppliers and venues to suit your wishes and needs
All subsequent consultations to confirm and finalise details.
The wedding coordinator as a point of contact with suppliers and venues to avoid stress and confusion
After you decide on your suppliers and venues your personal wedding planner will organise the photographer, florist, vehicles, wedding cake, invitations, ceremony and reception venues. Music arrangements and the little things that go together to make your day complete.
Your wedding planner will be available to attend and assist with all wedding related celebrations and functions as required. (Bridal showers, kitchen teas, rehearsal and of course the day of your wedding).

A deposit of $500.00 must be made within two weeks of the initial consultation before any services can be commenced. Final payment must be one month prior to the wedding.

PARTY / EVENT PACKAGE - $300.00 inclusive of gst

A package designed for those smaller events with 25 people or less attending.

These events include:
Baby Showers
Bridal showers / Kitchen Tea/ Hen’s nights
Christening
Children’s Birthday Parties (13 years and under)

This includes the total coordinating of these smaller sized events. A coordinator is not present on the day.

A deposit of $50.00 is required within one week of the booking. Final payments are to be made two weeks prior to the event.
